A blustery start to the New Year - and some blustery memories

Today's stormy New Year's Day took the Bloglady's mind back to October.
These pictures were taken during our week at Astley Burf - our assault on the Malverns was almost blown off.

We huddled under the trees to eat our lunch 

Then, when the teachers said it was too wet to walk to the summit, the children decided otherwise, and demanded to be taken!

No view from the top...

 but plenty of mist, rain and strong wind.

We did it!!!!
