A badger, and a mess!

Here's our school badger. He loves the holidays

It's so quiet

He can lie undisturbed in the sun (not that this happens often!)

And look at this mess - trying to tidy the costume cupboard! That's the trouble with working in a performing arts school!

Here's the set-up in school. Mr Holmes is making DVD copies of our Town Hall Concert.

And, on sale soon - our professionally recorded CD featuring Fusion and Jubilate choirs.

Don't forget - there is no staff training day next week. School starts at 8.50 on Monday June 2nd. We look forward to seeing you!

Every child took part - perhaps you can see your child on one of these!

A netball triumph!

Our girls took place in a netball tournament in Stourbridge.

We won 5 games and drew the 6th one.

Making us overall winners! (Hence the big smiles!)
Well done girls - and Miss Garratt!
The girls now go on to the next stage of the competition, playing against other tournament winners from elsewhere. Exciting!

Hello Benji!

In year 2, the children have to write booklets on pet care.
What better way to do it than with a real dog to look at?

Miss Czerepaninec brought Benji the dog to visit her English group on Wednesday.

They all gave him a pat

There was a question and answer session.

The children all asked questions and made notes for future reference

Benji was very tired after his morning in school!

Working Together. Year 2

All about Healthy Lifestyles!

Hmmm, that food looks tasty

Look what we did!

Proudly showing their work!

Thankyou to Miss Moulton for organising the session - and to parents for supporting your children so well.

A wet Sports Day at the Dell Stadium

The teams
Red House
 Blue House

 Yellow House
Mr Starter
The hat came in useful -  as a rainhat!
 The hoop relay

Getting ready to start the next race

Victory for the yellows!

It's pouring with rain but we're happy (most of us!)

Start of the sprint relay

The blue team in action

Double victory for the Blues

The caterpillar race
 Teamwork is essential

Parents versus staff versus children, waiting the for the next caterpillar race

The staff team

The parents really going for victory! They beat the staff for the second year running
But the children beat them both - by a country mile!

Start of the 400m

Still smiling despite the rain

Miss Collins has the best idea - a huge umbrella
A fantastic Sports Day. When you have so much fun, who cares about the weather?
