On Shrove Tuesday, Breakfast Club celebrated in the traditional way ...

This blog seems full of food just lately - I'd like to assure viewers that we do work as well!!! Easier on a full stomach, in a happy mood - honest!

The craft cafe

We ran craft sessions during the holiday.
Mrs Rowlands reports on the activities:
"We made valentine's cards and little bags with roses (chocolate) in, decorated fans, made flowers, and used fabric and glass paint to decorate hairbands, bracelets, caps, dolls, and puppets! Oh, and decorated biscuits and stuck love hearts on them!"

First, apologies for the break in service. My computer is now fixed: I'll try and catch up with what you've missed - although this week is going to be rather busy. You'll see why later in these posts...

Mrs Rowlands was kept busy all week - most children did some cooking at some point and she was teaching it, co-ordinating the timetable and keeping track of all our cooking equipment! No small task in a school our size!
