Jesson's first Disco

What a fantastic night. A great big thank you to all of the staff who supported the 4 discos that took place last night.
The pictures show how much fun was had, and some are a blur of action. Thank you to the parents for bringing the children back and forth to school and being on time, as it was a tight timetable. One parent had a child in each phase and came back 4 times, well done.
The biggest thanks is to the children who behaved impeccably and really enjoyed the evening. Because of them it will definitely happen again.
A special thanks to Mrs Roden for the play list, Mr Hayward and Mr Owen for the lighting, Mr Holmes for setting it up and Mrs Anslow and Mrs Leader for the much needed drinks and crisps.

This one is Gangam style. A few of the staff had a really good dance as well. Fun, fun, fun!

Musical talent in school

Some of our talented musicians in school played for the rest of the children today. There was a keyboard player, a French horn player, two flute players, violinists and a clarinet.
The standard of their music was excellent and inspired many of the younger children to want to play an instrument in the future.

Who's that Elf?

We had a very strange visitor to the dinner hall today and I think the look on some of our children's faces say it all.

Peace at last

We had some lovely new classrooms last year but the noise from the new flooring wasn't what we expected, so here is round two. The staff, and most importantly the children, are very happy.

The Christmas tree has arrived

Santa's helpers made the Christmas tree at Jesson's special. A sea of red and a beautiful star set the scene for a festive period.
Thank you!

2B's assembly

2B's assembly was all about what makes us unique. They most certainly were with a fantastic singing, dancing and acting assembly. The partner class 6B performed a superb Rap and Titanic dance with live music. Well done to you all!
