Getting in the swim of things

As promised, more synchronised swimming celebrations from Year 6

 

 

And good news for the Bloglady:

SATs are over - the celebrations begin

 

SATs over, Year 6 did some synchronised swimming on the playground. (Yes, I know, but they were having fun!)

All the children worked enthusiastically as a team and enjoyed showing off their displays to the rest of the year group.

(We think the papers have been very fair this year - the children said the Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar* paper was good  - they felt they'd been well prepared)

The Bloglady would like to apologise for the quality of recent posts. The has been an "upgrade" to the blog program which inserts random spacings into posts which look perfectly fine when they are composed. (It also underlines things for no reason). I don't like to moan, because the program is free, but it is disappointing when the posts are not up to our usual quality.

SATs. Day 1

Today was the start of SATs tests for Year 6.

 

All the displays in the classrooms are covered up - in case they have things on which might help with answering the questions

Pebble Pool

Have you ever noticed our Pebble Pool? It's in the Entrance Hall, next to the portrait of Mr Jesson.

 





















Children can use it for their worries.
