Our beautiful gardens

We are right in the middle of Dudley...
...but we still manage to have some lovely areas of green in our school.

Our fountain.

Year 1 children love looking at our pond.

Daffodils and wallflowers

Even our pots look lovely.

Our primroses did well this year.

A closeup.
Hmm, these black sacks don't look attractive - but we are growing potatoes in them.

In our other courtyard, the daffodils are starting to get past their best...

...but the primroses are taking over.

Just over a year ago, on March 25th, the school looked like this!

Snow up to the windows in the quad where today's pictures were taken

Outside Year 1 (and everywhere else) the staff came in to dig out paths for the children!

Who would have believed a year later could be so different?
