The Bloglady goes to St Paul's Cathedral

The Bloglady takes the scenic route to St Paul's - along the Thames (London Eye in the distance)

A crane lowers two men who are working on the river

On the opposite bank. Tate Modern (with chimney) and just visible, the brown and white of Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. And the Shard, of course

The best view of St Paul's is here,  from the Millenium Bridge

Tower Bridge in the distance

Cherry blossom and London bus by the Cathedral

Aha - so that's why we are here. The Consecration of the Bishop of Dudley

The dome from inside - we weren't really supposed to take pictures

After the service, Bishop Graham is congratulated by many well-wishers

You can't even see his red robes on this one - so many people!
To be continued!
