Athletics meet at the Dell

Just a couple of weeks after our sports day at the Dell Stadium...

 ,,,our y5/6 athletics team returned for a borough-wide meet.

It's great to get a hug from mum for a fantastic effort in the 600m.

As you can see, lots of staff supported (and others, who didn't get on any of the pictures). 

This is the winner of the 150m final, year 5 girls...

...with her victory pose! The fastest year 5 girl in the whole borough!

And another Jesson's girl dead-heats for victory in the same event for Year 6

Here's our girls' relay team. They came third in the final - despite dropping the baton! A real achievement
