On Monday morning we enjoyed a musical assembly, which celebrated the talents of our pupils that have had music lessons. We enjoyed music from the brass band and solo pieces. Some of our children pictured here also were presented with their grade certificates.Well done!
Today Year 1R (Miss Channa's Class) made pitta pizza. They look delicious.
The children and their families had a fantastic time with all the different activities on offer.
On Friday July 10th we welcomed our Nursery Parents to a working together session. We have taken lots of pictures, these show all the different activities that the children and their families shared.
We said thank you to some of our reading buddies (they couldn't all make it ) for their dedicated support of our school and our children with a tea party last Thursday - organised by Mrs Careless who looks after our reading buddies. Mrs Leader also dropped in to enjoy a cup of tea with them! Many of our reading buddies are also members of Fusion Rock, our community choir. Anyone wishing to become a reading buddy - we always welcome new people - can ask at the school office for Mrs Careless
Even though the sun wasn't shining the children had a wonderful time on the beach.
