On Thursday we had our final assembly in Church led by our Year 6 pupils. This was an opportunity for the pupils to say their goodbyes to Jesson's and share their memories. It was an emotional service but the pupils did themselves and school proud. We wish them every luck in the future.
On Tuesday Evening we celebrated all of the achievements of our Year 6 pupils. Awards were also given out for attendance,class awards and community awards in Years 3, 4 and 5. Well done to all of our star pupils.
On Sunday 11th July 2015, members of staff took part in the Race for Life at Himley Park. Well done to Mrs Anslow, Miss McKnight, Mrs Fellows, Mrs Leader, Miss Czerepaninec and their friends for their amazing efforts.
On Wednesday afternoon, we held a special assembly to say goodbye to our staff that are leaving- Mrs George, Mrs Rowley, Mr Kimberley and Mr Jackson. They were very surprised as we kept it a big secret. All of the year groups had made lovely cards for the staff and they enjoyed a personal song from Jubilate. Everybody at Jesson's will miss them and we wish them all the very best.
On Monday Foundation stage held a fun day for all the pupils and their families. The weather wasn't brilliant all day, but the children enjoyed all of the activities on offer, particularly the bouncy castle inside Nursery.
On Monday the children in Year 6 with 100% attendance visited the safari park. Despite the weather they had a fantastic time.
