Year 4 and parents
It was Year 4's time for Working Together
First, teachers introduced the Year 4 Family Learning Project - "Invaders and Settlers"
(Romans, Anglo Saxons, Vikings and Normans)
Then we thought about the food the Romans ate
...and the types of food they didn't eat...
Then parents and children designed and made mosaics with a food theme.
Parents and children were shown last year's projects and given tips to completing their own projects which will be collected in on or before 31st January.
These pictures may well be featured in the projects
Last year's projects were excellent - will these be even better?

Film Club's special visitor
Three pictures from last week's Film Club.
Our Film Club is so successful that we had a special visitor,...
...Justin Richards, the Film Club coordinator for West Midlands. He brought a film to share with the children: Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, and then children completed postcard reviews. There were T-Shirt prizes for the best reviewers.
Thanks to the teachers who run Film Club and the children who belong to it.

Some members of the award winning choir (former Jesson's pupils)
Other Fusion members
